Stayed multiple nights for our wedding. Got a great group rate for our guests. Straightforward and clean hotel, with a good diversity of rooms and suites. The staff here really stands out. Jill, John, Jordan, and all the rest were extremely helpful, kind, and friendly. Just wonderful people.
I booked a block of rooms through this hotel for my wedding and they were great! The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was super accommodating and went above & beyond for us and our guests. Our guests also loved the ease of the hotel bar, which we were able to keep open as a wedding after-party! Highly recommend.
Nice hotel, Gen 1, so it’s shaped in a square, easy to navigate. Lots of options for entry from various parts of the parking lot. Nestled away in a quiet place but only 5 minutes from a very busy area with plenty of shopping and places to eat. Will definitely stay here again.
Stayed here for a soccer tournament and cannot recommend it enough. We had a double queen suite that was clean, spacious, and gave us plenty of room to spread out, eat comfortably in the room, and accommodate different sleep schedules. The staff was exceptionally friendly, the building was unique and attractive, and the location could not be better. An outdoor restaurant area and a high-end grocery store are just four minutes away. Highly recommend!
Stayed here 2 nights for business trip. Room is clean, the room I stayed in located at ground level overlook the parking lot, it has a king bed and a sofa bed. Toilet and shower are in one room, sink is located directly outside and is communal. TV is a bit outdated, still decent size. There is a fridge underneath the TV, but it isn't working very well.
The rooms were clean. The bed was comfortable and I liked the pillows for once. They were not the real flat ones that you typically get in a hotel room. These were a little bit more firm and supportive. The staff was friendly. The bistro was just okay though. It was a little pricey for the type of food you get. So I wouldn't necessarily recommend eating at the bistro but it's serviceable when you get in late or just don't want to run back out.
The staff at this hotel are exceptional. After my family and I were displaced by a recent fire, everyone here went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. Their concern and compassion will never be forgotten. I would also like to note that the hotel and rooms are kept very clean and it's in a prime location, close to restaurants and shops.
